Private Jiu-Jitsu
& MMA In Orlando.
I teach private jiu-jitsu lessons and private MMA training in Orlando, and in Dallas too. I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and a UFC veteran, and in a private lesson my attention is entirely on you.
Women's Jiu-Jitsu In Orlando.
Walking into a packed class for the first time can feel like a lot. If you're a woman who wants to try jiu-jitsu in Orlando but would rather learn one-on-one first, a private lesson is a comfortable way to begin. Guys are welcome to book privates too.
Privates also make sense if you already train and want extra time on a position that keeps giving you trouble, or if you have a competition coming up.
Maybe you simply want to feel more confident knowing you can handle yourself. That's a great reason to start, and you don't need any experience. We'll begin where you are and build from there at your pace.
Private MMA Training.
I've been in MMA for 12 years and fought professionally for 10 of them, including in the UFC. In a private MMA session, we spend our time on the parts of the game you want to work on, at a pace that makes sense for you.
Your lessons are built around your goals, whether it's your first time putting on gloves or you're sharpening skills you already have. Because it's just us, we can slow down and drill a move as many times as you need. Questions are always welcome.
I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and I keep my client list small, so you'll always be working with me directly.
Private Lessons In Both Cities.
I teach privates in person in the Orlando area and in Dallas. On your free call we'll talk about your experience and goals, then sort out scheduling and pricing.
Want to bring jiu-jitsu or MMA to a whole team instead? Take a look at my seminars and group training.
Let's Find Your
Starting Point.
Book a free intro call and tell me about your experience, even if the honest answer is "none yet." We'll plan your first lesson from there.
Other Ways To Train.
Looking for a regular trainer instead of mat time? One of these might fit better.
